Not only did the warm weather conditions heat up the Maple Leaf stadium but the Prairie girls track team heated up the track and placed 2nd overall as a team Tuesday night.

 

Prairie girls teams dominated in the relays, with starting off the meet with their Sprint medley placing 2nd and their 4×800 team smashing the school record and getting a time of 9:37.70.

 

Below is a list of Prairie’s relay placements :

 

The 4×200 placed 1st, running it was  Sarah Schmitt, Carli Reittinger, Gabby Cortez, Maddie Andorf with a time of 1:46.73.

 

4×400 placed 1st, running it was Carli Reittinger, Emma Copeland, Sarah Schmitt, Gabby Cortez, with a time of 4:08.40.

 

4×800 placed 1st, running it was Carli Reittinger, Rachel Kilpatrick, Alyza Koppes, Gabby Cortez,  with a time of 9:37.70.

 

Shuttle Hurdle Relay placed 3rd, running it was Emily Crumbo, Sarah Schmitt, Kianna Alexander, Anna Millard with a time of 1:10.23.

 

Sprint Medley placed 2nd, running it was Lauren Lacy, Logan Kalous, Kaylee Tedrow, Emma Copeland, with a time of 1:57.89.

 

Distance Medley placed 3rd, running it was Kaylee Tedrow, Ava Andrews, Anika Pisark, Grace Long, with a time of 4:42.47.

Maddie Andorf placed 2nd in the 100 meter with a time of 12.80

 

Maddie Andorf placed 2nd in 200 with a time of 27.65

 

Alexis Moses placed 1st in 400 with a time of 1:01.96

 

Laurdyn Meyer placed 2nd in 1500 with a time of 5:10.50

 

Laurdyn Meyer placed 2nd in 3000 with a time of 11:17.78

 

Logan Kalous placed 3rd in 400 hurdles with a time of 1:11.79
