A classic for anyone who likes snacks this article will teach you how to make your own amazing pretzels for friends, family, or most importantly yourself.

 

The things you will need to start your pretzels are 1 ¼ ounce package of dry yeast, ¾ cup. warm water, 1 ½ cup. flour, 1 t. Sugar, ½ t. Salt, 1 egg, & Coarse salt

 

First pre-heat oven to 450 degrees then start to Combine the yeast and water in a separate large mixing bowl and stir until yeast is dissolved. In a small bowl mix, flour, sugar, and salt. Then Gradually add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture use a fork at first and then hands. Add a little flour if it is still sticky, Knead dough for 5 minutes

 

Divide the dough into 12 pieces roll each piece from the center out into a pencil-thin rope about 1’ long, With looping each rope into the shape of a pretzel and lay on greased cookie sheet. Place egg in a cereal bowl and beat with a fork (rapidly stir a batter to thoroughly adding air). Using a pastry brush (a rubber paintbrush), brush each pretzel with the beaten egg

 

Sprinkle the salt (optional) and Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, when done just EAT AWAY!!!

 

If you want to have a cheese dip here is how to make a microwaveable cheese dip get a small dish and add a hand full of cheese of any kind your choice. Put the cheese and a small amount of milk in the dish and cook it till it turns runny and there you go cheese dip.
